Job Description
Finance & Admin Officer is responsible to maintain the accuracy of financial transaction records, including posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting system output, processing payments, and / or assisting in the preparation of billings and other financial reports and other duties as required.
They will also support finance and admin related to the Covid-19 Vaccination and RCCE program.
Qualifications

Planning and coordinate the activities, supplies, and purchase order to process the request and the procurement of goods can be met in accordance with their needs, timely, efficient and effective
Human Resources and Logistic Office is required to work with the Support Coordinator to build an effective and sustainable Human Resources Department, with standardized procedures for hiring, firing, grievance, working conditions, develop and implement volunteer resources, planning and procedures for a comprehensive international-standard volunteer program for IDEP Foundation with the objective to maximize Indonesian and international volunteer resources. That are both in line with current legislation and simple and accessible to all staff and volunteers.
