| CBDM Project Officer |
| |
Location of Placement: Ubud, Bali
Length of Contract: Ongoing
Overview: The Community Based Disaster Management (CBDM) Project Officer is responsible for the implementation and successful delivery of CBDM trainings, outreach programs and other activities to attain the projects’ purpose and primary goals, as per the deeds, contracts and funding of the project(s).
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in community development/consultation, work with community based management
- Desirable fluent both spoken and written English and must have fluent Indonesian
- Commitment to the environment & sustainable community based development and the principles as outlined in IDEP’s mission and vision (www.idepfoundation.org)
- Experience in disaster management and curriculum development is desirable
- Effective communicator, dynamic and creative.
- Familiar with IDEP CBDM tool kits
- Able to write program plans, budgets, and develop timelines

| Bali Permaculture Program Coordinator |

Location and Placement: Ubud, Bali
Length of Contract: Ongoing
Overview: The key responsibility of the IDEP Bali Permaculture Program Coordinator is to ensure that all projects and programs within the Bali
Permaculture Program attain their project purpose and primary goals, as per the deeds, contracts and funding of the project(s).
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management of large programs with multiple projects involving more than 5 staff tied to a donors systems
- Fluent both spoken and written English and Indonesian
- Standard computer skills (email, Ms.Word, Ms.Excel. Ms. Power Point, etc.
- Commitment to the environment & sustainable community based development and the principles as outlined in IDEP's mission and vision (www.idepfoundation.org)
- Experience in sustainable community Development / Permaculture and curriculum development is desirable
- Able to manage staff and work in a multi-cultural workplace
- Able to interface with governments and donors at a high level
- Able to write program plans, budget, and develop timelines

| Bali Permaculture Trainer |
| |
|
Location and Placement: Ubud, Bali
Length of Contract: Ongoing
Overview: BPP Permaculture Trainer will be responsible in providing permaculture trainings to the
community and business. It also helps BPP Team Coordinator within the permaculture programme in
general to reach the main objectives as stated on the mission, contract, and funding of the programme.
Critical tasks for M&E officer is setting up the M&E system and ensuring it is implemented effectively within the Bali Permaculture Program Department. Meanwhile, as a trial this M&E will be focused on the in house training and outreach has done by BPP component.
Skills and Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Computer Skills: email, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint, etc
- Commitment to the environment & sustainable community based development and the
principles as outlined in IDEP’s mission and vision (www.idepfoundation.org)
- Experience in community based sustainable development / permaculture is desirable.
- Able to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Team player.
- Able to mediate NGOs, government, and IDEP’s donors.
- Able to write program plannings, balance sheet, and timetable.
- Able to write suggestions to support the activities of planned programmes.
- Experience in teaching (especially in environment major)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work closely with the community.
